Will my credit card details be in safe hands?

Yes. Once OutInDeals receives your credit card details, our Canberra eWAY system will use it once only.

Are there any additional costs for using OutInDeals?

No. You only pay for the deal you purchase! No joining or membership fees you will always be aware of the money you have spent.

Is there a maximum amount of vouchers I can buy?

Only as specified in the Description for each deal.

What happens if the deal is not activated?

There’s always tomorrow! If a deal is not activated it means not enough people were told about it! Make sure you let your friends know when you discover a great deal in order to activate it so you can all gain the benefits.

How long is a voucher valid for?

Vouchers will vary in validity.  The redemption period could be anywhere between 2 weeks and 6 months.  This depends on each individual voucher and can be found out in the Description for each deal.

Payment FAQ's

How will I know if my payment has been accepted by OutInDeals?

OutInDeals will charge your credit card and email you with your receipt and voucher within 24 hours of the deal being activated.

Can I cancel or return the voucher?

No. Once you have purchased a deal and it’s activated your credit card will be charged. There are no refunds. (refer to our Refund Policy)

Are there any additional fees or charges?

No. OutInDeals only charges you for the deal you have purchased at the time of activation. However, depending on your financial institution, there may be a $1 holding charge that might appear on your account. This will be fully refunded if the deal is not activated or incorporated into the payment if the deal is activated.
